Until discovering my lactose intolerance, I was getting big into ice cream recipes in 2012.
I came across this recipe from several different sources and thought it right to share. While the recipe calls for peach soda and peaches, I imagine that the same can be replacing for oranges or strawberries. Enjoy!
14oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
9 Ripe Peaches (peeled, pitted, wedged)
1 C Sugar
36oz Peach Soda
Puree all but the soda in your blender until you get small chunks. Pour into a bowl with the soda and stir. Churn in your ice cream maker until firm (around 25 min).

In 2003 I discovered Moxie after watching a segment on the Food network. This “new” soda opened my eyes to a world of different sodas that I had never heard of before. This site catalogs my ratings of each of these sodas. If you find any interesting sodas that are not on my list, I would love to try them. If you are interested in trying any of the sodas that I have here, let me know and I'll try to find one for you.
