KingOfSoda.com

In 2003 I discovered Moxie after watching a segment on the Food network. This “new” soda opened my eyes to a world of different sodas that I had never heard of before. This site catalogs my ratings of each of these sodas. If you find any interesting sodas that are not on my list, I would love to try them. If you are interested in trying any of the sodas that I have here, let me know and I'll try to find one for you.

Smoothie Chocolate

Smoothie Chocolate : 3/13/2003: The original New York fountain-style egg cream chocolate soda. Very chocolate-soda like. this was okay for me at first, but half way through the soda, it got a bit overwhealming. Too much chocolate for my stomach. I give it 5 thumbs up

Jeffs Vanilla Soda

Jeffs Vanilla Soda : 7/8/2003: Not much kick, but it's still a tasty soda. It has a light vanilla taste to it in addition to something I can't identify. 97% fat free is nice to see on the label, but I'll still have to give it 5 thumbs up.

Jeffs Orange Dream Soda

Jeffs Orange Dream Soda : 6/29/2003: More cream than orange, this was a neat treat. It tastes similar to a bangladeshi drink that I had recently made from orange yogurt, very good! I would give it 7 thumbs up.

Jeffs New York Egg Cream

Jeffs New York Egg Cream : 4/15/2003: Oh my gosh this was terrible. Tastes like soured milk with a hint of coffee. 1 thumb up. Ugh.

Alfred Day Rating: 1     - Holy smokes! This is what evil must taste like. I should've checked the site before I had one of these!

Jeffs Chocolate Soda

Jeffs Chocolate Soda : 7/10/2003: Definitely an egg cream, but not bad at all. It's thick and chocolatey, which is nice. It has a mild medicinal/metal taste, almost like someone left their loose change soak in the soda for a while. I'm not too into that, but the soda isn't necessarily bad. 5 thumbs up.
