Sussex Golden Ginger Ale – 2 thumbs up

Normally I'm not a fan of ginger ale and prefer a lighter taste.  This tastes like any other ginger ale, but with twice the water content.  In short, it is too weak for even I to enjoy.  Sorry Canada.

Seamans Orange : 7/11/2006: Fantastic! This soda is delicious. Little bits of orange similar to Orangina, but not too much. Great orange taste that's not too strong, not too weak and not too sugary. Well done! Thanks go out to Billy Jankowski for smuggling this over the border for me.

Price Edward Island Anne of Green Gables Raspberry Cordial : 7/8/2006: Wow - syrupy and sweet. A bit too much for me. It definitely has a strong taste to it. Not recommended for the faint of heart.

Kate Rating: 7     - This soda tastes like the basic fruit flavored, syrupy carbonated beverage, which suits me just fine. I could definitely sip on this regularly, if I didn't have to go all the way to Canada to find it. But the real pleasure of this drink is in the clever title, "Raspberry Cordial," which all hard core Anne of Green Gables fans will most definitely appreciate. The backstory is that Anne invites her bosom buddy, Diana, over for tea. She serves her guest what she thinks to be raspberry cordial, but is in fact, currant wine. Diana winds up stinking drunk in front of the town gossip. Indulging in the real raspberry cordial has always been a fantasy of mine. So it's not the real thing, but I can use my imagination to pretend, and that's what Anne was all about. Sorry to say there are no unexpected alcoholic effects of this beverage! Lindsay Rating: 6     - Another decent soda, good raspberry flavor. It is very syrupy, but tasty all the same. The story makes it even better!

C-plus Orange Burst : 9/26/2004: Though it says it has no artificial sweeteners, it tastes like it's all sacarin. Otherwise it's the same as Sunkist. This Canadian beverage should rethink its name and its flavor. It gets 6 thumbs up - a C+.

Clearly Canadian Blackberry : 7/18/2009: Thank you to Hannah Rich for bringing me this soda from Willits! Delicious and refreshing, though it leaves a thick film on the tongue.
