KingOfSoda.com

In 2003 I discovered Moxie after watching a segment on the Food network. This “new” soda opened my eyes to a world of different sodas that I had never heard of before. This site catalogs my ratings of each of these sodas. If you find any interesting sodas that are not on my list, I would love to try them. If you are interested in trying any of the sodas that I have here, let me know and I'll try to find one for you.

Bundaberg Ginger Beer

Bundaberg Ginger Beer : 3/21/2003: What's immediately striking about this bottle is that it looks like an old-fashioned medicine bottle. They get points for their cool pull-off lid, but lose points because this lid is so damn hard to get off (and unsafe!). The smell is neat - like the dough of gingerbread. The taste is the same, but I never realized that I don't really want to drink gingerbread, just eat it. I was happy to get it, but will not need this Australian beverage in the future

Mike Shinn Rating: 3
Average User Rating: 8
Andrew Rating: 10 - This can cure a Jager hang-over in less than three sips. My absolute favorite GB of all time. Can't beat the ginger pieces at the bottom either. Where can I get it??!? TJ's discontinued it.
Kelvin Rating: 10 - The best ginger beer I have ever tasted
Danny Rating: 4 - The flavor is good but you are right about that weird cap. Good way to cut your fingers & spray over the car! Anyway I just tried the Aussie Hot version from Buderim (the supplier of ginger to Bundaberg) and it is AWESOME... the best yet. They also have a cool style but for people who like ginger beer the Aussie style is best!
Rate this soda if you have tried it
